It’s that time of year again with training and the preparation of mind and body for the AGG well under way it is now time to get the logistics of the tour organized. If you are planning to travel, please get registering on the website. 2018 in Bangkok was loads of craic. Check out some photo here
The Currency Fair Asian Gaelic Games 2019 will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 8th to November 10th so it’s time to get yourselves organized and properly registered for the Games.
So what do you need to do, in this order
1. Reply on Team App now to confirm you intention to play at the AGGs. This is so we can track numbers planning to attend and play.
2. Register for the AGGs at this link by filling in the online form https://forms.gle/2ZUwQXLjP4KtgVx87
3. Book your Flights - if you haven't already, they will only continue to go up in price.
4. If you do not have travel insurance, buy it as you will not be allowed play without it. HSBC/AXA offer a Smart Traveller single trip policy from as low as $25 SGD from the Friday to the Sunday. This is a suitable policy to cover for the weekend. Purchase at the following link. 5. Pay the tour fee. Tour Fee is $290 per player and $200 per non player. The fee includes Registration fee, playing kit (jersey, shorts and socks) and Club Training Top, Saturday Night Dinner, and Sunday Night Party for players. The Non-Player fee includes the same except the registration fee and playing kit.
6. In addition to the playing kit there is additional gear is available for purchase. (Great Christmas Presents) Details will be on the online form. Please indicate the size and quantity on the online registration form.
8. You can make payment for all of the above via bank transfer to the club's account.

Once the money is transferred, simply send the transaction details (summary of what you have paid for) and reference number to sgltreasurer@gmail.com and derekacahill@gmail.com.
9. Pay your membership. This is more for the newer members as most if us should have paid by now. If you do not pay, you will not play. Adult membership is $230 for a player and $60 for social membership. You can click on the following link to pay

Please Register on the link provided if you have want gear that will fit you. I need to get the gear ordered by the end of next week so if you want to look the part on the weekend I would appreciate your co-operation.
Final Point to Note:
This year I will book the hotel Rooms. I have already block booked 80 Rooms in the Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and will book more if necessary. You will pay for your room on check-out and provide your credit card details on check-in
So please ensure you indicate on registration form that you will staying when you are checking in and checking out and who you are sharing with.
